Adding or removing users from your active plan

From s@tXr1 to s@tXr5, you can request and make one plan change per year, either upgrading or downgrading, with no additional charge. Once approved, the new plan applies to the month in which it was requested, and charges from that month follow the new plan.

For example, in June, Rossi's company, already on s@tXr3, wishes to switch to s@tXr5. Once the change is requested and approved, Rossi's company immediately has 5 actual users available, and the full June subscription is invoiced and charged at the s@tXr5 rate. The same applies in reverse when moving from s@tXr5 to s@tXr1 or s@tXr3.

Unlimited additional users are available only from s@tXr5 upwards. Once approved, users are immediately available.

Each additional user has a fixed monthly cost of €3.00 + VAT, for both macro and micro subscriptions.

How do s@tXrkm Matrix work?

Matrix are the geolocation searches the software performs to calculate distances.

Third-party services

s@tXrkm uses Google Maps, OpenRoute, MapBox and TomTom data to calculate distances and geolocations.

Privacy guaranteed

Your searches are always anonymous.

Matrix usage

Each calculation consumes a certain number of Matrix, depending on the actions involved.

Subscriptions

We offer several subscriptions with monthly Matrix allowances and initial bonuses.

Additional packages

You can buy extra Matrix packages at any time.

Emergency service

If you run out, you can request a package of 1,000 Matrix, credited immediately.

A single package of 1,000 searches costs €9.00 + VAT. Discounts are available for higher usage: ask our sales team for information.

Cancellation: transparency first

Transparency matters to us, especially when ending a service. That is why we explain the conditions up front so you can make an informed choice.

You may cancel at any time by sending an Italian certified email (PEC) to demisrlbo@pec.it.

  • If the PEC is sent by the 15th of the month, only the current month is charged.
  • If the PEC is sent on or after the 16th, the following month's subscription is also charged.
  • Your final invoice may include the balance of any Matrix searches used.

That is everything, clearly and transparently: there will be no other charges!

After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days in case you wish to return. Otherwise, we delete all the data you entered.
