Share a real example and help us improve MIDI and KAR playback. Your listening experience is part of the work.
Do you use Crea Video Lyrics or olw-player? If a track does not sound as you expect, the lyrics lose their timing, or you notice behaviour that needs a closer look, you can help us understand what is happening. A reproducible example lets us compare settings and results and work with real cases.
Better sound starts with your feedback. Send a private report: we can ask for details and discuss the case in the same place, without publishing your file or conversation.
How to prepare a useful report
You can attach one MIDI or KAR file up to 2 MB. Please include:
- The product you use, Crea Video Lyrics or olw-player, and its version.
- The point in the track where the problem occurs, in minutes and seconds, for example
01:35. - What happens and what you expected: describe what you hear or see.
- The SoundFont you use and relevant playback options; if you have made comparisons, explain which settings you tried.
- Any steps needed to reproduce the behaviour.
Do not include passwords or other confidential information that is unnecessary for the technical investigation.
Continue the discussion privately
After submitting, you will receive a personal link to your report. Save it: you will need it to return to the conversation, read replies, add details and follow the case status. No email address is requested, and the link is not sent by email.
The link is private: anyone who has it can access the corresponding report. Keep it safe and share it only with people you want to involve.
Each case has a conversation and a status so you can follow its progress. If we need clarification, we can ask for it there. Receiving and analysing a report does not guarantee a fix or a release date.
Files and technical details remain private
There is no public report list. The file, technical details and conversation are used for case analysis and internal testing. Other users cannot browse reports or download your attachments.
To avoid storing multiple copies of the same file, the service compares its SHA-256 fingerprint with those of previously received files. This check is used only to manage storage: it does not reveal anyone else's files or reports.
Only submit material you are allowed to share
Upload only files you have the right to provide for this purpose. By submitting, you authorise the use of the file and information for internal analysis and testing relating to Crea Video Lyrics and olw-player. Uploading does not authorise public distribution of the file.
